This policy covers Marturano Labs' website and, unless an app states otherwise, all apps and online services published by Marturano Labs ("we", "us"), registered in Zürich, Switzerland.

This website

marturanolabs.com uses Google Analytics to understand site usage, but only after you accept it in the cookie banner — see our cookie policy for details and how to change your choice. We run no advertising scripts and don't otherwise collect personal data from visitors. Emailing us shares whatever you choose to include in that email, used only to respond to you.

Our apps

Each app's own listing (App Store / Play Store) and in-app disclosures describe what that app collects and why. In general, we collect only what's needed to operate the product (e.g. account identifiers, crash diagnostics) and never sell personal data to third parties.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, Switzerland's FADP, and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email legal@marturanolabs.com.
