These terms cover use of marturanolabs.com and, unless an app provides its own terms, any app or online service published by Marturano Labs ("we", "us"), registered in Zürich, Switzerland.

Using our products

Our apps and services are provided for your personal or business use as described in their own listings. Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or use them in a way that violates applicable law or the platform's own terms (Apple's App Store Terms, Google Play's Terms of Service).

Subscriptions & purchases

Where an app offers a subscription or in-app purchase, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the platform (Apple/Google) under its standard terms. Where no product-specific EULA is provided, Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies to our iOS apps.

No warranty

Our products are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
